Time Travel: Re-materialising the Past in Place (2021)

I have been selected for an immersive research module at NCAD (National College of Art & Design) in partnership with IMMA (Irish Museum of Modern Art), looking at the “the entangled role that material documents play across different regions and times, both as a way to renegotiate a past and as a blueprint for future action”. The module intersects perfectly with my PhD research project at Killruddery, Listening to the Archive, and is led by artistq-researchers Sarah Pierce and Lisa Godson from NCAD and artists Bik Van der Pol, Emily Jacir and The Otolith Group. From 6-10th Sept, the group will be working together in Dublin and then continuing remote collaboration to produce a publication for the Dublin Artists Book Fair in November. Very exciting indeed!
